Make sure that you specify the correct type of key that you have added. I spent 3 days trying to plug my hex key into an ascii key slot.

better forget about WEP. a new attack has been found recently by a German research group that is able to crack any Wep protected network within a few minutes. Wep can be safely pronounced DEAD.
